On February 26th, 2005, many Chicagoans congregated at the Gallery Cabaret
in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood for an art event of unbelievable
proportions. What did these citizens seek?
To take meat, and make it art.
Over 30 artists gathered and quickly began turning their humble ideas of meat into fantastic visions of art.
After tears, beers, and many fantastic creations, three winners walked home with medals to prove their ability to blend creativity with ham.
